Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia was quite amazing, not because it is very new visually (it all looks very similar to northern europe), but because every inch of it looks so cute. The cute little towns, harbors, lakes, twisty roads & cliffy coastlines just never end.

Food went from some of the most amazing lobster and crab to the most horrible deep fried scallops I have ever had.. they inherited cooking partially from the British, I am afraid.

A highlight was a completely restored 17th century fort/village that made me feel like walking around in a video game / rpg.

Hey Aard, which parts of Nova Scotia did you visit? I grew up on the west coast of Cape Breton Island so I could've given you a lay of the land!

Derek, I didn't know you're from there... we spent our time almost entirely on Cape Breton! The pictures above are all from there.
